Mod seems to working right now. Will try to finish a campaign to the end to see if there is an error.

@Frostbourne try now, but it seems like the whole mod is just broken for most people with crashes so IDK.

Loaded this mod on top of UEFC but still has 12 turn a year. Fix maybe?
