Map - Asgard

I love the design of this mod, it does a good job of imagining shapes, structures ans functions from another intelligent civilisation.
Really mind blowing and exactly what the game needs more of, given its many unhuman characters.

@Bigle oh ok. My first thought when I saw the map was to do a cool assault from the exterior land to the bridge, like a fortress. I placed the units on the edges and they all jumped into the water, lol.

You CAN spawn units on the bridge, I specifically made it a little wider than it's portrayed for just that.

I thought you two were talking about the sides of the bridge, I simply just adhered to how Asgard is portrayed and tried to make a faithful representation. The only reason I have all that excess land on the outskirts is to minimize the amount of water that taxes people's systems, ideally I'd have hardly any land on the edges

The map is cool but like @Mow479 said the bridge can't be accessed from the land on the edge of the map which would have been better than placing the units directly on the island behind the city. Adding a little ramp from each side would fix it.

@mow479 These are limitations of the game engine itself, I did my best to account for it. It is what it is!

So the map is a great concept but the bridge is semi functional. The excess land before the bridge is inaccessible and pointless for additional armies.

Works now, looks great

Try to unsubscribe and resubscribe to see it that does it, it's working for me so I don't know how to recreate the issue.
