A slow-firing but very powerful rifle which can fire explosive incendiary rounds as its secondary ability.
Crafted using 10 durasteel bars and 10 volatile powder at a Replicator station.
Stats are balanced to give it similar, but slightly better damage per energy compared to other Tier 4 weapons.

Damage per Energy: 1
