Would love to see VforVandetta's suggestion myself.

I second VforVandetta's suggestion, double and triple horizontal explosives would be awesome! Especially if they're just explosives, no placement of platforms or path. But I'm sure there would be a need for the platform/path double and triple explosives.

Also, my previous example for use-case of pathless explosives wasn't the best. A better example would be when tunnelling horizontally to place turbines or shafts... each square I have to remove the path.

Something like underground tubes are available in Emberpelts. Not sure that I want , however to make such a mod only for IT.

would you be interested in doing double and triple explosives for the walls? i was doing a road for the tubes but its taking a long time since i have to explode place everytime its finished

An example use case for not placing the path: If you were tunnelling straight downwards in a 3x3, you could use the explosives with path for the center (I use the ladder mod, it'd go there) and then use the non-path explosives for the other 8 squares per layer.

I could try, but, not sure if is worth-it. I make this mod to solve an issue with vanilla tunnels, when, at longer distance, could not be biold unless build path, and, place path after each blast is a pain. Beside, deleting path is wuite easy ....

Would you be able to make another explosive that doesn't place the path? So it just mines out the block and doesn't place anything where that block was?
