i really wanted to have KF1 Zeds for KF2,
but i couldnt just keep it to myself :)

if you want to integrate them you need ZedTernal Reborn OR ZedSpawner. the list above is what you need to add to the ZedSpawner.ini or KFZedternalReborn_ZedWaves from ZedTernal

no, its just a Skin-Swap for them. the animations and audio are KF2's

you can always bundle mutator inside this mod you know, might even work with CD

Heya, you may want to check 'ZedSpawner' mutator if you're not playing Zedternal, this mod are just custom zeds.
