描述
Changes TerraLib's priority setting to -9960 (for the record, Starbound's base assets have a priority of -9999), so that it's all but guaranteed to load before nearly every other mod out there (including mods with no set priority, which will default to having a priority of 0), with notable exceptions including (ideally) framework-expanding mods, such as my Missing Planetary Layer Fixer mod (which have a priority between -9980 and -9990), along with bug-fixing mods, such as my NPC Fixes mod (which have priorities between -9990 and -9998), which should all still load before TerraLib.

For best results (to ensure that it loads before not just Steam mods, but non-Steam mods as well), move this mod from its location on the Steam Workshop (...Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\211820) to your Starbound installation's mods folder (...Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods).

After downloading and unpacking both TerraLib and TerraLib Lite, I now see that multiple .pak files have been bundled together, and have updated this reprioritization mod to account for these new changes. Thank you kindly, Bottinator22, for bringing this to my attention.

wormlib is a tiny mod that just includes terraliblite for backwards compatibility, then there's terralib (TerraLib non-Lite only, includes terraliblite and has content that requires it be on both server and client) and then terraliblite (TerraLib Lite, contains most of the scripts and such)

What's the name of the pak(s) that you feel this mod isn't covering? I figured that others would've made mods that built off of TerraLib and/or TerraLib Lite, which was why I had made this mod for those 2 mods alone.

TerraLib now includes 3 paks, TerraLib Lite now includes 2, though one of these paks is just present so dependent mods don't suffer. You might want to update this to account for this detail.
