Chaka's Various Corrections Addon - No Gas Giant Bounties

Chaka's Various Corrections does some pretty cool things, like making gas giants landable. What's slightly less cool is that the bounty hunter quest gen "filters" tiers by star type instead of planet type, meaning you could be sent to a T7 planet in T1-3 gear. All this mod does is add CVC's gas giants to the blacklist in the config so bounties don't generate there. I do wish it was possible to filter by tier, because a criminal base on a gas giant would be heckin' awesome once you do have the gear for it. For now, though, this is better than nothing.
