描述
Someone had to do it.

Tones down FU's untasteful content - might add more with suggestions.
While I respect the titanic levels of work and content in Frackin Universe, and how the whole lovecraftian theme fits with Starbound's own lore, there's always a few things that can be enhanced.

List of changes:

c*cainium > Spice Melange (Dune reference) - FINALLY everything about this is patched, including navigation info
pure c*cainium > UltraSpice (Dune reference)

bag of farts > Bag of Gas (with safety/flammable warning sticker on)
feces > Infested Flesh (I believe there's something wrong with the sprite, a purple shade above it. Not sure why)
poop staff > Calcified Staff (NEEDS TO BE REBALANCED, from a joke item this is now a cheat item for madness stuff)

jarred fetus > jarred specimen
orphan paste > critter paste

Injector / Bio Injector > the descriptions are... less unhinged.

Roadkill > Lost Kitten (Mod by CaitieẽChan - go give them some love! Patches the roadkill into a hurt cat you can heal. Permission to merge was granted by the author!)

My mods will always be free, but toss a coin to your modder[livepix.gg] if you like the content.

I need to get back again and update stuff. Got more Startech Themed stuff to release...

But this is a good idea, suggestions are welcome. Glad you're enjoying it.
I didn't touch that item specifically because I'm sure there's content like that among the chtulhu mythos, but... This is about making FU itself less weird.

Trivia: DID YOU KNOW that this mod exists specifically because, upon comments on the ore Spice Melage is replacing, Sayter himself said "LEARN TO MOD AND DO IT YOURSELF".
... Yeah, I knew how to mod, I could have replaced it earlier. But while I had to recover from life itself, he was actively developing FU and COULD EASILY MADE THE CHANGE, but nooooo~ Took me six years, but I got back and fixed it myself. And a few more shit stains while at it.

Damn, I'm sorry for your experience. This game is great, but sometimes there's really shitty people floating around it. It's weird, really. Something bad happened to me too, and that's why it took me forever to come back to modding.

Btw, always good to remember - the lost kitten adjustment was by Caitlee, the credits are up there. It's a much more involved proccess than what I was doing here, and they deserve every bit of thanks and upvotes and recommendations in the OG mod.

Also, LOL, THE BIG CHUNGUS MOD! I didn't merge that because they also deserve all the credits and numbers that come with that, but specally because I can't think of anything better to replace it with xD

THANK YOU FOR THIS. I felt so... angry honestly to learn about the roadkill item. It made me furious because the literal week i first discovered this i also learned my cat tosh had been in fact ran over and my parents just... didn't tell me cause they thought it would upset me while ive been freaking out over where my cat was obsessively. I was eventually told and I was (rightfully) mad at my parents... later that day it felt like a slap in the face when i did kevins quest only to find this item. I cried my eyes out right then and there and refused to play starbound and by extension frackin for over 3 years due to how it impacted me (given this cat was a rescue anyway). Thanks for actually being an actual genuine good person. Theres a reason I have a mod that replaces sayters name with big chungus but leaves sentient cookies name untouched. (sentient bless his heart has helped me numerous times even when sayter wouldn't or outright verbally abused me)
