Modular Starting Systems - Medium Starting World

This mod simply (re)defines the starting world's size to being a medium size world. (Note: Starting world biome, if defined by base Starbound and/or any other mods, is left untouched.) For those modders that want to start on a specific-sized world instead of whatever other worlds other mods force them to start on instead.

Note: This mod has a priority of 9999, meaning that it should load after the vast majority of other mods have loaded (provided no other mods with lower priorities list this mod as "required" or "included", which would force this mod to load before those other mods, regardless of priority settings).
