描述
🧬 Necesse Race Mod

📝 Overview
This mod overhauls Necesse to support the use of multiple playable character races.

✨ Features
  • Adds Orc, Beastfolk, and Neko races, selectable during character creation.
  • Allows toggle-able clothing visibility during character creation.
  • Introduces two cosmetic items available from the Elder's shop:
  • The Emperor’s New Shirt*
  • The Emperor’s New Shoes*
* These are invisible armor pieces meant for cosmetic use.

⚠️ Warnings
This is an ALPHA release. Crashes may occur—back up your game data!

This mod attempts to safeguard your characters by saving them in a separate directory from base game characters.
However, always back up your characters and worlds before using mods.

> 🔥 THIS IS NOT A CLIENT-SIDE ONLY MOD!
Both client and server must have this mod installed.
Trying to join without both sides having the mod can result in broken saves or data corruption.

Ferren-, When do you think the mod will get updated? I would have liked to play through the game with this, but if you think it'll take some time to patch for the new version I'll just continue my save. Thanks for your hard work.

Shame that there doesn't seem to even be a fork anywhere. I'd have loved to see these guys or even the fishian or arachnid species in 1.0.
No pressure on the author themselves, since they said they're going through a transformative time in their life, just saying my wishes.

Unsurprisingly with 1.0 release, this mod is broken. Please update to a nominally working state once you have time. Until then I shall be exploring 1.0 content. Cheers!
