As for the passives, they are in a bit of an awkward spot because of how it lines up with other classes. The reason they are so low is because they can easily make MP a non-stat. They suck in the early game but in the late game they are a bit ridiculous. I might rework them since the class doesn't have any mana sustain abilities so the passives are a bit out of left field. Also, them being 6 PP is mainly just to make it so you can't have both pure and corrupt intentions equipped since flavor-wise that doesn't line up. If they are not worth spending the 6 PP for, that is a more of a problem than them just costing too much imo.
The passives also feel incredibly underwhelming at 1%, especially at the whopping cost of 6(!) PP.
