Interesting Mercenary Camps

What does this mod do?
*Not suggested for use with Wrath of Sparta Campaign*

This mod fixes Merc Camps (LvL 4 alternate military building for Hellenic factions)

CA over looked this building when redesigning the building system for Emp Edition. The building (as shown in pics above) basically gave you ZERO units and ZERO benefits. There was no reason to go to level 4 with most Hellenic factions.

-Adds the benefits listed in the pictures above.

-Slightly increased cost to compensate.

-Adds the mercenary pool to the recruitment pool depending on where you build the mercenary camp. (Functions like the Roman Aux system, however it actually gives Mercenary units.)

Bonus you have to merc upkeep etc all apply. Merc recruitment cost does not apply to the recruit function, that would be unit recruitment costs.

No change in Mercenary costs, or upkeep.

I made this for my personal play throughs since there was not an up to date one around that did it in this manner. Decided to share it.
