But set the replacement for ships you have on your own
For example, Destroyer A has subordinate destroyer B. Destroyer B has a fighter group.
Will this allow me to replenish Destroyer B's fighter group?
At least I can't see the significant changes in related part of code ...
But testing is simple - set appropriate order for your ships fleet, enable replacement, and then destroy one subordinate ...

I made a fix to show the hidden crew on Replacement ships

"Dummy crew" sounds like they don't have a job. It is possible for crew to be aboard a ship that do not have a job-- only ways i know this is caused in the course of play is by picking up escape pods or by capturing a ship which either already has prisoners, or by beating a yaki boarding party to the ship. (the boarders wind up as prisoners, who are essentially jobless crew)
