Hello and good day everybody.

This mod removes the population requirement for units to be recruited. It reduces the requirement basically to 0. If you have mods that add new units, they WILL REQUIRE population, or might not work at all, I haven't tested it.

You MUST disable any other population mod that adds population, or removes population requirement from units (their solution is different than mine, and will result in conflicts)

!!! SAVE GAME COMPATIBLE !!!
!!! NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MODS THAT MODIFY UNIT POPULATION OR ADD NEW UNITS!!!
!!! SHOULD BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY OTHER MODS !!!
!!! AFFECTS AI AS WELL !!!
!!! ONLY WORKS WITH MK1212 !!!
!!! LOAD BEFORE MK1212 MAIN FILES !!!

Gentlemen I have updated it, and I realised what did you mean by HRE panel. I tested it and now the HRE ui can be opened. Please test it again and see if you have more problems :) Sorry for the inconvenience

I honestly haven't played as HRE yet. Where is that panel ? Can I open it directly when I start the game as HRE or are there prerequisites ? I will be able to test it myself and try to find the issue

when this mod is activeted, i cant open the HRE panel too
