Missing Martial Prowess (mounts)

All High Elven units have Martial Prowess/Mastery/Grim Discipline ("Martial Prowess is not edgy enough for me." -Eltharion the Edge).... unless they're on a mount that by base doesn't have it.... except Great Eagles, which don't have Martial Prowess, but when mounted do (baring Alarielle because... well you're starting to see how this all looks like an oversight now don't you?).

So instead this mod gives the appropriate High Elf faction passive to lord and hero mounts, but not the base unit the mount is based on.

- "How does this impact balance?"

It technically buffs high levelled Asur lords at no extra cost (hence upkeep) to them.

- "Perhaps this was done on purpose for balance?"

Maybe, but considering Alarielle's Great Eagle mount was missing the passive, then at the very least some part of this was an oversight by devs. Unless there's some in-lore reason that her specific eagle mount is frail or something.

- "Will this mod affect performance?"

No???
