SHO Boil Rags Fix

This mod fixes an issue with rags, bandanas, bandages, and shemaghs being quickly ruined and vanishing when boiling. Instead of being destroyed in just a few seconds, you can now boil those items about 4 minutes.

By itself, this mod doesn't disinfect those items.

It's meant to be used with mods that add the disinfect by boiling functionality, including:

DZR Disinfect by Boiling

TerjeMedicine

This also increaes the max wetness of rags and bandages to Soaked, to match the bandana and shemagh.
To go along with this, I added the Wring action to rags and bandages.
Rags, bandanas, bandages, and shemaghs also can have a temperature now.
