Seems I'm the first to run into that though looking at all the comments :( :( :(
I have it last in load order and just using a "Cooking Pot"
Edit: Nvm, can't try to do it until the pot is "Boiling" after few min
Namalsk causes issues with wetness quite a bit, due to its nature and the way its setup. I just recently released a mod which fixes wetness issue with rain (as well as rain not working due to namalsk survival). Give it a shot and see if it fixes for you and let me know.
