Changes Frackin' Universe's priority setting to -1, so that while it won't necessarily load before all other mods in existence, it's all but guaranteed to load before those mods with no set priority (which will default to having a priority of 0).

For best results (to ensure that it loads before not just Steam mods, but non-Steam mods as well), move this mod from its location on the Steam Workshop (...Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\211820) to your Starbound installation's mods folder (...Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods).
