Frackin' Universe Reprioritizer -9998

Changes Frackin' Universe's priority setting to -9998 (for the record, Starbound's base assets have a priority of -9999), so that it's all but guaranteed to load before pretty much every other mod out there (including mods with no set priority, which will default to having a priority of 0), including my own framework-establishing mods and bug-fixing mods like NPC Fixes.

For best results (to ensure that it loads before not just Steam mods, but non-Steam mods as well), move this mod from its location on the Steam Workshop (...Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\211820) to your Starbound installation's mods folder (...Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\mods).
