描述
Ever wanted to give a bit of steam to a particular ruler, but you're too far away to help them? Or ever wished someone took care of those bad, big, mean blobs encroaching on your borders?

This mod allows players to grant or revoke the Conqueror trait to any independent ruler. Also check out my other compatible mod "Conquerors Rebalanced" if you want.

Just for the record, you can easily re-enable the option to add scourges of god by just going in to conqueror_at_will_interactions.txt and removing all the hashtags in front of the add_extreme_conqueror interaction

Scourge of God is now defined by Game Rules, the pic is outdated

for some reason i sadly cannot give them the "Scourge of God" Modifier :(

Like it just doesn't appear after i make somebody a Conquerer.
