The HHK MCS B-16u Flatcar was made for ease of use, for the loading-unloading operations in the yards, and to make something a bit cheaper than the regular railcars. The railcars are made, and these ones are wired with TCP 1.3 and MCS connectors into it's frame. Units made with TCP 1.0 received upgrade packages, and newer models are automatically outfitted with TCP 1.3.

The thing has TCP 1.3 compatibility, MCS and along with it, ISO compatibility, a low-floor and a minimalist design. It's mostly meant for 8u and 16u containers and isn't supposed to have double stacked containers on it. It has a maximum load of 120 tons on two axles somehow.
