that is true, yes.
in the game, Stanley's office is always well-lit by something, typically the ambient blue glow seen here. I believe there are one or two scenes where the room is darker but I pulled inspiration from the most prominent instance of Stanley's office.

When the light goes out, you can still see the pump and the room perfectly
