No Innate Speed

This mod makes it so Innate Spellcasters cast their first spell at normal speed before they get back their innate spellcasting speed, so that powerful spells such as Bone Grinding can't be cast before any other mages have time to cast a spell.
Or maybe they just skip their first spell in combat. Either way.

This works by giving every monster a battleshape without innate caster that subsequently shrinkHPs back into a shape with innate caster.
Uses monster IDs 12100 through 12217.
