PrePass - Arkansas

This mod replaces the generic PrePass label with one that would be issued by the Arkansas State Department of Transportation.

This one is based on one of the andrei383 originals that I found on the SCS Software Forums. I've kept the QR-like code at the bottom that the SCS Software original PrePass label had and added the appropriate DOT information to it.

Usage: Put it into your mod folder and make sure it is enabled.
