[LWOTC] Merist's Crasher Class Rework

- What is this and why does this exist?

This is an updated version of Kiruka's Crasher Class for LWOTC. Its purpose is to properly bring Crasher to Ted Jam environment.

- Is it compatible with Kiruka's Crasher?

Yes... but also, not exactly. The class added by this mod is `M31_Crasher`, while the original one is `LWS_Crasher`. However, there is a config that changes the class of the starting Jane Kelly Soldier to the new one.

- Do I need a Jane Kelly Starting Soldier?

For the intended experience - yes. Crasher is designed to be a one of a kind class. This behavior can be changed in config.

- Is this an official TJ class?

Edit: now it is.

- Is there a class tree?

• Long War of the Chosen is required.
  
• Ted Jam is highly recommended. The class is made and tested in this environment.
  
• Perk Packs are required, no exceptions.
  
• [WOTC] Compact Perks For Armory. Technically, this mod is not a hard requirement. However, Chimera's description is so long, it doesn't fit on the vanilla screen; and I also can't cut it without obfuscating stuff.
