Currently just adds a single turret type, with versions that target players, enemies, or everything.

More turret types and other base defense items planned for the future.

Are the recipes supposed to be available by default? I only see them in admin mode.

I believe that the other mod may have been called modular turrets? I do know at least that by just searching turret in the workshop it should come up.

And the turrets in this mod are crafted at the wiring station like the base game one.

No, and as other mods exist for that I don't currently plan on adding that feature.

is it possible to equip the turret with player's weapon ?
