This model is a sequel to my first building, Kungsholmen 1 .
I'm still new to asset creation - but hopefully getting better for each model.

Tris: 18 666 (69)
Texture: 2048x2048 (64x64)

Building type: Unique.
Recommended to use with RICO and RealisticPopulation.
There are 10 parking spots hidden inside behind the garage door.

@TobbySkylines Thanks. I agree with you - my coming models will have fewer tris for sure. However I don't really want to be optimizing models after publishing.

nice buildings but for my taste too many tris for a building like this. Would an optimization be possible?
