DirtyCurt, use a Propane Torch Fix mod to fix this.

for some reason this mod doesnt allow me to refill welding torches. I complete the action but no propane is transferred to the torch from the full propane tank

Duct Tape : Default: 1.0 = 4 units per item
Example: 5.0 = 20 units; 2.0 = 8 units; 0.5 = 2 units; 0.25 = 1 unit
NPK fertilizer : Default: 1.0 = 4 units per item
Example: 5.0 = 20 units; 2.0 = 8 units; 0.5 = 2 units; 0.25 = 1 unit
Beta blockers : Default: 1.0 = 10 units per item
Example: 5.0 = 50 units; 2.0 = 20 units; 0.5 = 5 units; 0.1 = 1 unit
Plaster bucket : Default: 1.0 = 10 units per item
Example: 5.0 = 50 units; 2.0 = 20 units; 0.5 = 5 units; 0.1 = 1 unit

Does anyone know if increasing the value in the settings increases the amount of time a resource can be used? or does it increase the amount of the resource that get's consumed with each use?

tried high values, and low values 0.50 and below and it uses items to much. painkillers were reduced to 2 uses at 0.50
