The C3/15 is a light, agile and slow scouting aircraft. Its a upgraded purpose build military version of the C3/10 civilian aircraft.
The C3/10 was originally designed as a civilian aircraft, but didnt attract many buyers. The military was looking for a cheap scouting and messenger aircraft, and instead of ordering fully new aircrafts just bought the preexisting, ownerless C3s
They were cheap, simple, reliable and could be fixed by just about the minimum of knowledge about planes.
Mainly used for frontline scouting some where outfitted with a few very thin armour panels to protect the pilot from ground fire, though the plane was already so slow some just decides to not add, but subtract things from the aircraft, like extra equipment or even heaters during the summer.

They worked very well and after the military ordered more they updated the airframe, engine and added built in protection for the pilot.
The C3/15 specifically also got a bigger fuel tank and a slightly improved radio station.

1. In cockpit enable the Electrical Master Switch
   
2. Throttle to around 5%
   
3. Then get out and go around to the propeller and "Crank the Prop" (look at the propeller cap to see the button)

- Odd thing to keep in mind, disabling the Breaks also disables your Rudder, so make sure that the breaks are only disabled for taking off
- Configure the Radio before start if you plan to use it
- Its a very weak engined aircraft, dont expect it to get you somewhere fast
