"Szumogliika is a human nation ruled by sages and mathematicians, where a strict caste-style social order is enforced, informed entirely by numerology and celestial mathematics. Significant numerological markers are seen everywhere, their sources innumerous; those people who are born on magical dates, when the stars are aligned just right, are considered blessed, and destined for greatness. Others, meanwhile, who are born on the wrong dates, when the wind blows badly, and the stars do not add up, are all but shunned.

In recent centuries the mages of Szumogliika have developed magical methods for piercing reality, allowing them to catch brief glimpses of the fundamental numbers of creation, and occasionally even alter them, with strange and wonderous results. Now the sudden disappearance of the Pantokrator is taken as a sign that the time is right for a great mathematician to ascend to godhood, to learn all the wonders of celestial mathematics, in its glorious entirety."

Seems not to work. Most of the units are generic non-modded ones, e.g. bears.

@Broken_Sky it currently means that the Broken Numbers weapon can't be repelled. In Dominions unsurroundable is usually reserved for creatures with multiple sets of eyes.

If broken numbers are capable of swinging in every direction at once, should the wielder of broken numbers maybe be unsurroundable?

I don't think reconstruction works on the commander level glitches.

@BadCub Good question. I think thematically it shouldn't be inept because it doesn't need to possess people and work through them the way other immobiles do, and it's implied that the structure is capable of manufacturing things on its own. I could make it more expensive if need be though.
