Khall's Tundra Tileset

描述
This adds the originally planned Tundra Tileset into the game. Characterised by woodland, military bases and soviet-style villages, this adds more more identity primarily in areas in Canada and upper Eurasia.

Currently contains 2-3 maps for each ship type, a village map,a uninhabited forest and a military outpost.

Future plans are to finish military tiles, improve existing maps, create new maps, then start work on railway tiles I can use to incorporate into new maps.

This was what was needed after a crashlanding in NORTHERN GREENLAND yielded a warehouse, trees, and lakes. We need a map, or tile set of glacieral terrain.

I found a pathing issue in what I presume to be the military outpost map.

My selected soldier could enter the rec room through that door frame, but can't leave through it.

This map specifically was the Medium one, for a crashed Corvette.

I'm hesitant to install this mod, not the least because of the bug reports throughout this comment section. No, what I'm more worried about whether it will conflict with the popular "Random Map Packs" I have already installed.

Started a mission on Iron Man with a valkyrie dropship. The entire map was a black void. Clicking 'abandon mission" would result in the loss of all 12 soldiers because they were listed as outside of the LZ.

I uninstalled the mod, but that did nothing. So I abandoned the mission anyways, reasoning that the "bug" was actually some rare alien superweapon that creates micro black holes.

Don't install this mod unless you're willing to make the same sacrifice.

This mod improves the 1979 feel when you do mission on USSR territory. I was missing that!

Hi,

today i had a weard bug the first time on a tundra map. Houses are missing walls and furthermore the map was halved. In the middle was a line of black tiles which my soldiers couldn't move over. I have to abandon the mission (what is really annoying in ironman mode :( ).

I don't know if that is a problem of xenonauts or your mod but i want to report that.

Anyways, so far your mod was quite good.
