描述
A Submod package that adjusts the Unit values of the Highborn Elves unit pack to a Radious standard. This contains mostly Mid/Lategame Units with some minor additions for the earlier stages of the Game.

I tested a couple of things and this mod is completely unbalanced in it's original form it was balanced here for example sword version of guards has 10 charge bonus and spears have 20 ? aren't they supposed to hold the line? Charge bonus gives you direct stat boost and it doesn't really make sense here also 70% missile block chance is kind of overpowered but still respect for the efforts of implementing it
