Buyable Mech Blueprints

Makes mech blueprints buyable at the Treasured Trophies.

While i like Craftable Mech Blueprints, a good alternative to the grindy space encounters, i though it didn't really make sense to make them yourself, so i made my own version that adds them to the treasured trophies shop. (Even though it's technically a crafting station disguised as a shop.)

Also check out Anom's Outpost Overhaul - Scrap Vendor Addon for buyable mech components. (Anom's outpost overhaul required, obviously.)
