Troubled Waters but without Pixelcraft (the update update)

Introducting, Wroubled Taters...

I don't like pixelcraft, so I one by one cross-referenced troubled waters and pixel craft to get rid of the recipes and balance changes that I don't like. I remember people liking this the first time I did it but my old version is supremely outdated and also not very well done so here's the updated release.
I think this bypasses research requirements for some of the tier 1 crafting stations but that's a necessary sacrifice.

this mod used to conflict with outpost overhauls but I fixed it

I'm sure there was a more efficient way to make this but I don't care

Please support the original release as my version is just a light tweak so I'm not tweaking when I play
