This is an auxiliary mod to Waifu Britannica: The Anime Flag Mod
This mod renames the country ranks to refer to the countries as characters instead, similar to how it was done in EU4's Waifu Universalis. Only two localizations are supported; English and Simplified Chinese (provided by LOROK). Other languages would not see any name changes.


Accursed Anime Modder, Why Am I Seeing This Mod?
This rename was originally part of the main Waifu Britannica mod, but was decoupled to its own sub-mod since I felt it goes against WB's mod philosophy of being as least intrusive as possible outside of the flags.

Waifu Britannica will now no longer gaslight long-time users that 'Protagonist' is a real country rank 😌

@Alpha-1918 You know that's actually a good idea! That's what the rank is now called in the mod

@NicaEM For those ranks I want to keep it close to the vanilla rank name because I feel that it might not be immediately obvious to most players what country rank that is supposed to be if i change its name too much

Rename "Decentralized character" to "Background character"
