Player DLC: Class 35

By 1965 all of the Western Region’s hydraulics had been constructed: Class 14, Class 42 & Class 52 at Swindon Works, and Class 35 Hymeks constructed by Beyer Peacock.

During this early sunny summer morning in the late 1960’s - with your Class 35: pick up passengers at Stroud, experience lots of closed stations and sidings (post Beeching) before Kemble, and then again after Kemble - towards your destination Swindon.

You do NOT need Southampton-Salisbury Extension

This route is listed as Swindon-Stroud 1950’s V1.2 SWINDON STROUD on the Workshop, but once subscribed, you will find it under Route as Swindon-Gloucester 1950’s V1.2 SWINDON STROUD.

Great you enjoyed the heavy freight on the way robmerlo. My nephew stuck on his car roof nr Brisbane in the floods, being rescued now!

It has not ended yet arktiem! I am just having a break somewhere else - and then I will complete the final 5.
I'm busy with my 'Wessex Wanderers' on the new Southampton-Salisbury Extension. I am having so much fun with the Class 205 'Thumper'. It really is a fun loco to drive. The developers tried some different things with it. Flies splatting on the windscreen is one.
I will make sure I use the Hymek in the final five for you by the way. Cheers.

And so comes the end of this wondrous series... and it was a glorious one! I so very enjoyed running the Hydraulics (and the Hymeks in particular). What a fast and fun run was this last one. I loved passing those heavy freights (putting out enough smoke you could think they were steam engines) as well as the other traffic and static additions! I can't thank you enough for making this series as it has quickly become one of my favorites! Such great fun! I hope all is well in the land of the cute Quokka!
