[1.9]Smaller Cities DLC submod

I'm not sure if it's an oversight, or a bug, but I played an India game today, and I noticed that the Taj Mahal in Agra is not shrunk down, which is a bit distracting. It worked fine for all the other DLC models though, including the Victoria Terminus.

DId a quick update, the Ship DLC is no longer required and it now should use vanilla ships if you do not have the DLC but it will still make the ships smaller if you do own it.

Good point. The game should run even if you do not have it, but instead of the new ships there will be placeholder (colorful box)

Hmm ships bonus pack are only for expansion pass buyers. Is it necessary?

Charters of Commerce and Ship Bonus Pack DLCs are now required

I am pretty sure VoiP and Pivot are hard requirements, not sure about rest, Sadly the way Paradox handles certain DLC assets makes it impossible for mod to edit them without requiring it.

That said, if you want to run this without Pivot, deleting all indian files in gfx\map\city_data\city_types\ in this mods folder might make it work

Does this mod Actually require ALL DLC or does it use if needed such as I haven't bought Pivot yet
