Aircraft propeller distance sound overhaul

This mod changes the distance at which propeller sounds are played and changes the propeller sounds themselves, making the game a little more realistic.

Unfortunately, it is currently impossible to add the Doppler effect within the mod. Also, as a bonus, a new sound of the combustion chamber on a gas turbine engine has been added.

This is necessary for the mod to work standalone.
The mod will always work and regardless of whether this mod is on the server or not, if another sound mod is installed on the server, it will work correctly.

1. Go to the steam library and open the game folder, paste this path
   Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\573090\3370233613
   
2. Copy the audio and data folders and paste it with the replacement into the game folder
   Steam\steamapps\common\Stormworks\rom
