Player Only Acid Rain

Acid rain now only applies to players.
This does not affect swimming in acid, so things will still melt in pools of the stuff.

How does it work? It replaces the acid rain status effect with one that detects if you are a player, and if so then applies the normal acid effect.

If you want this to work with a different status effect instead for whatever reason replace "weakpoison" in PlayerOnlyAcidRain.statuseffect.
