It's not particularly hard. For the ships you want to make boardable:
Add "Boardable" under the "<Property_Flags> </Property_Flags>" parameter so that it looks like this: "<Property_Flags> Boardable </Property_Flags>"
Then to make the ship say that it's boardable in game, go to the "<Encyclopedia_Text> </Encyclopedia_Text>" parameters and add "TEXT_TOOLTIP_CAPABILITY_BOARDABLE"
It's save game compatible too!
So If you grab this mod and also use Legitimacy Manger you'll have to accept some factions won't get it or only use one of the mods at a time if wanting a certain warlord to gain the shuttles.
Side note, thanks for this fun mod OP not counting my own modding conflicts the mod runs great and makes running around the galaxy stealing a fleet doable and enjoyable.
