[GM] Coast - Bridge Pre-war Snow & Night

See the iconic coastal bridge during the winter.

Nothing else should be required. Everything should be packed into the map. The map file itself should be "cmdr_coast_bridge_prewar_snownight" in the menu, minus the quotation marks.

Do note that while no game should be required, the size and scope of the map might cause some issues for users on lower end PCs despite rigorous optimization. As well, be aware that despite attempts to prevent conflicts, other workshop items might still conflict with assets used in the map.

• Merge of d2_coast_07, 08 and the beginning tunnel of 09.
  
• Repaired and cleaned all the various areas of the map.
  
• Water level is raised as well.
  
• Some map scripts retained including the train dodge and the exploding tank.
  
• Two teleport destinations: one for each tunnel on either side of the map.
  
• Nodegraph/AI nodes and navmesh for NPCs. Complete ground and a lot of air coverage.

While in the Gmod Sandbox mode, any dead bodies, blood stains, activated map scripts or other changes can be cleaned/reset using this: Pressing Q -> Utilities -> Admin -> Cleanup -> Cleanup Everything

I will be honest, this wasn't the first map I was considering doing this remix for, but as I tested it out, I fell for it quite quickly. Everything fell into place and working on it helped me spot issues to touch up in the original versions of the map. The lighting and the snow just work so well with the aesthetic of the bridge.
