Drop pixels on death [StarExtensions / OpenSB]

Might it be possible to adjust the mod so that it drops three times as many pixels as you currently have it programmed to do? Then it would be correct for survival mode, right?

starbound has no way to check a player's difficulty

OpenStarbound and StarExtensions add functions for that

without them it will assumes the player is on casual and drops the amount of pixels lost in casual mode (10%)

so if you're playing survival mode you will lose 30% of pixels but only drop 10%

Did some tests and let myself get killed. When I picked up the dropped pixels, I was still missing 20% of what I originally had.

What do you mean when you say "it defaults to Casual"?
Do I need to install a non-workshop mod in order to play this mod in Survival?

This is fun, especially when you have the max number of holdable pixels

Could you make a simple mod that would permanently remove items that drop after death, that would be interesting

I've been wanting a mod like this since the game basically dropped, thank you for making it

I didn't notice it for a month either. It seems like there's a bug in human DNA.

I'm sending you thumbs up for the 1.0.1, and not realizing that it only drops 8 for several months 👍
