Auto Run From Encounters

Adds a ring that automatically runs from encounters. Does not work on fights that cannot be ran from. Can be found in a chest in front of Old Nan's Watering Hole.

Not balanced for normal gameplay as you will end up vastly underleveled for bosses. Use with caution. Intended for mod testing and late game exploration.
