Religious Interweaving: Change Faith Decision for India (and other tweaks)

This mod adds a decision for characters whose faith is in a Eastern Religion group to freely change their religion (and state religion for admin realms too!) between others of the same group. Some religions that are more ethnic are excluded.

Further more recently I've also changed religious doctrines of Eastern Faiths to consider each other righteous; and all Eastern Faiths' temples are active for other Eastern Faiths.

The mod has been inspired by the similar decision from CK2, and code-wise based on a change religion from Persian struggle.

Cause in game Hindu faith rulers can change their court chaplain at will while having theocratic temple ownership, which might disinherit your heir and his children if they get appointed as court chaplain, which is kinda wonky, and the said mod adds what I consider reasonable checks to that.
