Optional Erchius Mining Facility: Less Borken Patch (and tweaks)

A simple patch mod for Optional Erchius Mining Facility that fixes the mod when used alongside mods like Garden Planets to Reclaimed Planets or Varied Starting Worlds, which can make it so your starting planet lacks an Ancient Gateway. This does this by making it so the Ancient Gateways that generate in space lead to the Outpost instead, and make the planet-bound gates (which now spawn on Scorched and Volcanic planets) lead to the Ancient Vaults.

This also includes most of the quest/dialogue tweaks from Tweaks for Optional Erchius. Credit goes to it's original author for these changes.
