Mods I use. Load order is important if you subscribe all.

Rough load order information:

I've attempted to put the mods in roughly the same order I load them in, but I'm going from memory and may be wrong. I also use a bunch of non-Workshop mods (ie, Jazzycat traffic packs) so some placement may not be required with other mods missing.

The train mods (Realistic Train Length and Train Liveries) need to be ABOVE the sound fix mod, if used.) 1. Livery 2. Train Length 3. Sound Fixes

The Traffic Density mods ALSO need to be above Sound Fixes. I have them above the Train mods as well, but I don't know if this matters. The rain mod also needa to be above sound fixes.

As a matter of principle, you should always check mod descriptions for possible load order information. The game loads mods from the bottom up, with mods higher up overwriting any conflicting changes from mods below them. If they don't conflict, load order doesn't matter.
