The 1 million time variant is a bit much.

no idea why but at 4.1.1 the Diplomacy weight from fleet is bugging out, sometime it work yet sometime it doesn't work at all, the other Diplomacy weight like pops, technology & Economy work flawlessly though only Diplomacy weight from fleet get buggy despite this mod is the only mod i install that have to do with diplomacy weight.

You can try using dwof mod what divides diplomatic weight by hundred https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3438515440
Or alternatively you can start your Stellaris run without the mod and apply it than you start encountering overflow problems. All dwof mods are completely save compatible so you can apply them at anytime in your session

sorry man none of the mods or combo of mods work for me. it either sets everyone to 0 or sets stuff so low that im no longer the at the top and struggle to get higher at all. can you make one that just makes the numbers go higher like how the resources are? thatd fix everything. sorry if its an unreasonable request i dont know anything about modding or programming
