Compatible with everything (but not with Ironman/Achievements)
Can be used to avoid Diplomatic Weight overflow from other mods with extreme ship power values

Thanks for mod. After i build systemcraft with combination acot/giga mods, my diplomatic weight become 0 but with this its fixed now.
