This is just a simple change, i feel waiting 20 second could be excesive if u are playing the game with mods can add more difficulty, you maybe can't get enough heal before to fight again.

So i reduce the cooldown to heal again in 10 seconds for every vanilla heal items:



- Increased the amount of health from the Medical Kit at cost for 20 seconds of healing, this make this item more interesting to use.

====================================

- It shouldn't be any issues with others mods, but if some mod (healing item Like avali healing stuff) are using the codes from vanilla healing items they gonna get affected by the mod giving it their respective cooldown of healing again.
