Oceanic World Caves Reworked is absolutely amazing, but it has one problem: Areas with background blocks don't immediately generate with water in them, so any oshrooms generated there would be like "welp, guess I'll die" the moment they're loaded, before the surrounding water can get to them.

For most, this would just mean fewer oshrooms appear to spawn. But I have Aetherium Engine, which (among many other cool things) makes the oshrooms drop on break. And a lot of oshrooms would break on load due to the above quirk. The result: Oodles of uprooted oshrooms just waiting to clutter my furniture tab. So I patched them, removing their minimumLiquidLevel, and did the same to the toxic variants for good measure. Sure enough, the oceanic caves are properly lit now that the oshrooms don't die of dehydration in half a tick, and I don't have to open my inventory every two seconds to place/trash them.

Oh, and I guess you can decorate non-aquatic builds with them now, if you have AE or another mod that makes them drop. Yay :3
